FedCatalog does not require an account.

FedCatalog does not sell personal information.

Searches performed in the catalog run in your browser and are not intentionally stored by FedCatalog.

The site’s hosting provider may maintain ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser information and requested URLs.

If you email FedCatalog or submit a listing correction, the information you provide may be retained as necessary to review the request and respond.

FedCatalog links to third-party sites including government sources, software vendors and cloud marketplaces. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Vendor pages request public award data from USAspending.gov directly from your browser; that request is subject to USAspending’s own policies.

FedCatalog uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and which searches are run, with IP anonymization enabled. Google may set cookies for that purpose and processes the data under its own policies. FedCatalog respects browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals, in which case analytics does not load. No advertising or cross-site tracking is used.
