Mark Flournoy
Mark Flournoy is a retired U.S. Marine Corps lieutenant colonel and former AWS senior manager who has spent more than three decades working in and around government technology.
After his military career, Mark spent roughly 15 years in enterprise technology sales with F5, Red Hat and Amazon Web Services. At AWS he spent approximately six years in Worldwide Public Sector, most recently leading Federal Partner Sales across defense, civilian, financial and national-security customers.
He holds a B.S. in Geology from Auburn University and an M.S. in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
Mark now builds practical tools intended to make the federal technology market easier to understand. FedCatalog grew out of the simple idea that software authorization, adoption and procurement information should not require a scavenger hunt across a dozen websites.
